Job Title: IT Manager

As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the information technology systems and services within our company. This full-time position is located in Umm-Salal, Qatar and we welcome candidates of all nationalities, with a preference for Egyptian nationals. We are also open to providing visa sponsorship for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies and plans to support the company's goals and objectives
- Manage and maintain all information technology systems, including hardware, software, networks, and security
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT department
- Lead a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support as needed
- Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations for improvement or upgrades
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and security protocols
- Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and provide solutions
- Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors for IT services and equipment
- Manage the IT budget to ensure cost-effective solutions are implemented

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an IT management role
- Strong knowledge of information technology systems, including hardware, software, networks, and security protocols
- Experience managing a team of IT professionals
- Familiarity with data protection regulations and security standards
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful IT strategies
for a company
- Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical individuals
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are a plus
