Administrative Assistant - Dukhan, Qatar (Pakistani Nationals Preferred)
Our company is seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our team in Dukhan, Qatar. This position is open to Pakistani nationals who have the necessary skills and experience to excel in this role.
As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations of our office. Your main duties will include managing schedules, organizing meetings and appointments, handling correspondence, and maintaining files and records. The successful candidate will have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
Responsibilities:
- Manage schedules and coordinate appointments and meetings
- Answer incoming calls and respond to emails in a timely manner
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents
- Maintain physical and electronic filing systems
- Organize travel arrangements for staff members when necessary
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Assist in the preparation of expense reports
- Liaise with internal teams to handle requests or queries from senior managers
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Fluency in English is preferred but not required for this position
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail with the ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to work well under pressure
