A reputable hotel in Doha, Qatar is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for accurately balancing and reconciling hotel guest accounts and ensuring smooth operations during the night shift.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct audits of daily transactions to ensure accuracy and reconcile any discrepancies.
- Manage and maintain guest accounts, including posting charges, payments, and adjustments.
- Prepare financial reports for management review.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Monitor hotel occupancy levels and make necessary adjustments to room rates.
- Assist with the check-in and check-out process for guests arriving or departing during the night shift.
- Process payment transactions including credit card charges, cash payments, and room charge adjustments.
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions during the shift.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth operations throughout the night.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent. A degree in accounting or related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Night Auditor in a hotel setting.
- Strong mathematical skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using hotel management software such as Opera or Fidelio.
- Excellent communication skills in English. Knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during the night shift.
- Flexible schedule, including working on weekends and holidays.
