Hotel Manager for International Hotel in Doha, Qatar


Our luxury hotel in Doha, Qatar is looking for a dynamic and experienced Hotel Manager to join our team. As an international hotel, we welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds and nationalities. This role is open to both Indian and Egyptian nationals, as well as other English-speaking individuals.

As a Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our hotel, including managing staff, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and ensuring overall profitability. You will report directly to the General Manager and work closely with other department heads to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve financial goals and maximize revenue
- Monitor expenses and control costs to maintain profitability
- Train, supervise, and evaluate staff to ensure high levels of productivity and service
- Create work schedules for all departments to ensure adequate coverage at all times
- Oversee front desk operations, including check-in/check-out procedures and guest services
- Ensure that all hotel facilities are well-maintained and meet quality standards
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries or complaints and take necessary action to resolve issues
- Conduct regular inspections of rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met
- Collaborate with sales team to develop marketing strategies that attract guests and increase occupancy rates
- Participate in budget planning and forecasting activities
- Maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and local authorities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or similar role in a reputable hotel
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Knowledge of property management systems (PMS)
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate staff
- Ability to work long hours, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Biometric passport or the ability to obtain one
- Prior experience working in Qatar is a plus
