Indian Engineer - Electrical Maintenance


We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Indian Engineer for our electrical maintenance team in Ar-Ruwais, Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering and at least 3 years of experience in maintenance, preferably in the oil and gas industry.

As an Indian Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of all electrical equipment and systems within our facility. This includes conducting regular inspections, identifying any issues or malfunctions, and performing necessary repairs or replacements. You will also be involved in planning and implementing preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections of all electrical equipment and systems
- Identify any issues or malfunctions and develop appropriate solutions
- Perform necessary repairs or replacements in a timely manner
- Plan and implement preventive maintenance programs
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and procedures
- Collaborate with other engineers and technicians to troubleshoot complex problems
- Keep detailed records of maintenance activities for future reference
- Stay updated on industry developments and advancements in electrical engineering

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in the oil and gas industry
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, components, and troubleshooting techniques
- Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to read technical drawings and manuals
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
