Administrative Manager - Entry Level (Indian Nationals)
Position Overview:
Our company is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Administrative Manager to join our team in Al-Wakra, Qatar. As an Indian national, this position is perfect for freshers or individuals without prior experience looking to start their career in the field of administration. This is an entry-level position that offers growth opportunities within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Oversee and manage all administrative tasks and operations within the office.
β’ Maintain and update employee records, including attendance, leave requests, and performance evaluations.
β’ Coordinate with various departments to ensure efficient flow of information and communication.
β’ Schedule and organize meetings, appointments, and events for the company.
β’ Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required by management.
β’ Monitor office expenses and maintain budget control.
β’ Assist in recruiting, training, and onboarding new employees.
β’ Handle all incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence in a professional manner.
Requirements:
β’ Must be an Indian national currently residing in Al-Wakra, Qatar or willing to relocate.
β’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are mandatory for this role.
β’ Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
β’ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
β’ Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
β’ Flexible mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
Qualifications:
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration or related field preferred but not required.
β’ Prior experience in an administrative role is advantageous but not necessary; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position with a standard work schedule of 40 hours per week. The selected candidate will be required to work from our office located in Al-Wakra. However, due to COVID-19 restrictions, remote work may be required initially.
