Job Title: Gardener

As a Gardener in Al-Rayyan, Qatar, you will be responsible for maintaining and cultivating various gardens and outdoor spaces. Your main duties will include planting, watering, and pruning plants, as well as mowing lawns and trimming hedges. Your role will also involve working with different types of soil and fertilizers to ensure the health and growth of the plants.

To be successful in this role, you should have a passion for gardening and a good understanding of plant care. Previous experience as a Gardener is preferred but not required. We welcome candidates of all levels to apply.

Responsibilities:
- Planting flowers, shrubs, trees, and other plants according to design plans
- Watering plants regularly and ensuring proper drainage
- Pruning trees and shrubs to maintain their shape and health
- Mowing lawns and using edging tools to maintain neat edges
- Applying fertilizers and pesticides as needed
- Maintaining garden equipment such as lawn mowers, trimmers, and shears
- Removing weeds and debris from gardens
- Monitoring plant health for signs of disease or pests
- Collaborating with other gardeners or landscapers on larger projects

Requirements:
- Passion for gardening with a good understanding of plant care techniques
- Previous experience as a Gardener preferred but not required
- Ability to work in outdoor environments for extended periods of time
- Physical stamina to handle tasks such as lifting heavy bags of soil or operating machinery
- Attention to detail to ensure gardens are maintained at high standards
- Ability to work independently or within a team setting
- Good communication skills in English (additional languages are welcome)
