Dog Groomer

We are looking for a skilled Dog Groomer to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a Dog Groomer, you will be responsible for providing grooming services to our canine clients and ensuring their well-being and comfort. This is a full-time position with accommodation provided, and we welcome applicants from all nationalities, with a preference for Pakistani candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Groom dogs according to breed-specific standards or owner's preferences
- Bathe, brush, trim and style dogs' fur
- Clean and maintain grooming tools and equipment
- Inspect and identify any health issues or injuries on dogs while grooming
- Communicate effectively with dog owners to understand their requests and provide advice on grooming techniques and products
- Handle dogs in a patient, gentle manner to ensure their comfort during grooming sessions
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment for both dogs and employees
- Keep records of each dog's grooming history and any special requests or concerns from owners

Requirements:
- Experience in dog grooming is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate who is passionate about working with dogs
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage
- Ability to handle dogs of different sizes, breeds, and temperaments with patience and care
- Knowledge of different grooming techniques, styles, and products
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time while performing grooming tasks
- Attention to detail in order to identify any health issues or injuries on dogs while grooming
- Professionalism when dealing with dog owners; ability to provide excellent customer service
