Job Title: Legal Counsel


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Attorney to join our legal team as a Legal Counsel. As the Legal Counsel, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and support to our company and its clients in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. This is a perfect opportunity for an individual with strong communication and analytical skills, who is looking for a challenging role in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert legal advice and guidance on various matters related to the company's operations.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and international standards.
- Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Represent the company in negotiations with clients, partners, and government agencies.
- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations that may affect the company's operations.
- Ensure that all company policies and procedures are legally sound.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Attorney or Legal Counsel.
- Excellent knowledge of Qatari laws and regulations.
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) in English.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with team members.
- High level of attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Proven track record of successfully handling complex legal matters.

Preferred Requirements:
- Experience working with multinational companies or international law firms.
- Fluency in Arabic is a plus.
