Business Coach - Al-Khor, Qatar (Indian candidates preferred)


We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Coach to join our team in Al-Khor, Qatar. This is a full-time position with no English language requirements, making it an ideal opportunity for Indian candidates or non-native English speakers. As a Business Coach, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to individuals and businesses to help them reach their goals and achieve success. You will work closely with clients to identify their strengths and weaknesses, develop personalized strategies, and provide practical advice on how to improve their performance.

Your main duties will include conducting one-on-one coaching sessions, facilitating group workshops, and delivering presentations on various business topics such as leadership, communication, time management, and goal setting. You will also be responsible for creating customized action plans for each client and monitoring their progress towards achieving their desired outcomes.

To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. You must be able to effectively listen to your clients' concerns and provide valuable feedback in a clear and concise manner. Additionally, you should have strong analytical skills with the ability to identify problems, come up with solutions, and implement effective strategies.

As our ideal candidate, you should have previous experience in business coaching or related fields such as consulting or training. However, we also welcome freshers who possess the passion and drive to excel in this field. A degree in business administration or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

This role requires someone who is highly organized with great time management skills. You must be able to handle multiple clients at once while maintaining high-quality services. Additionally, you should have a positive attitude with the ability to motivate others towards success.
