Accountant - Financial Reporting Specialist

As an Accountant - Financial Reporting Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing financial data, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. This position is open to candidates of all nationalities, but preference will be given to Malayalee candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Monitor financial transactions and ensure accuracy of data entry
- Develop and maintain financial reporting systems and processes
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Conduct regular audits to identify discrepancies or opportunities for improvement
- Provide financial advice and guidance to management on budgeting and forecasting
- Manage accounts payable/receivable processes
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an accountant or in a similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (Master's degree preferred)
- Knowledge of accounting principles and regulations (IFRS preferred)
- Experience with accounting software (SAP preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English (Malayalam language skills are a plus)
