Merchandiser for Indian Market in Al-Kuwait, Kuwait


We are seeking a talented Merchandiser to join our team and take responsibility for the Indian market in Al-Kuwait, Kuwait. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional with a passion for merchandising and a deep understanding of the Indian market.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze sales performance in the Indian market and make recommendations for improvement
- Develop merchandising strategies and plans specifically targeted towards the Indian market
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products to meet demand
- Conduct market research to stay updated on current trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities
- Create attractive product displays that effectively showcase our merchandise to attract Indian customers
- Manage inventory levels and ensure appropriate stock levels are maintained for the Indian market
- Train and mentor junior merchandising staff on best practices for the Indian market

Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Merchandiser in the retail industry, with a focus on the Indian market preferred
- Proven track record of successfully driving sales through effective merchandising strategies
- Excellent knowledge of the Indian market, including customer preferences, trends, and competition
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to make informed decisions
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field preferred
