Waiter/Waitress for Indian Restaurant in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia



We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Waiter/Waitress to join our team at an Indian restaurant in the bustling city of Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a strong background in the food and beverage industry.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers, take orders, and serve food and beverages with a smile
- Provide recommendations on menu items and ensure orders are accurate and timely
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, ensuring tables are properly set up for each guest
- Handle cash transactions, process payments, and issue receipts accurately
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure all guest requests are fulfilled promptly
- Address any customer concerns or complaints with professionalism and efficiency

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a restaurant setting preferred
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of Indian cuisine is an asset
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Customer-oriented attitude with a friendly personality
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
