Job Title: Waiter

As a Waiter, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Your main duty will be to take orders, serve food and beverages, and handle payments from customers. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work area, restocking supplies, and assisting with any other tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a warm and friendly attitude
- Present menus to customers and answer any questions they may have
- Take accurate food and beverage orders from customers
- Relay orders to the kitchen staff and ensure timely delivery of food
- Serve food and drinks to customers in a timely manner
- Check on customers throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
- Handle any customer concerns or complaints with professionalism and resolve issues promptly
- Process payments accurately using cash registers or other payment methods
- Maintain a clean and tidy work area including tables, chairs, floors, and restrooms
- Restock supplies as needed throughout the shift
- Assist with opening or closing duties as assigned by management

Requirements:
- Experience working as a waiter in a fast-paced restaurant setting preferred but not required
- Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to multitask efficiently
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Working Conditions:
This position requires standing for long periods of time. The work environment can be fast-paced, noisy, hot, or cold depending on the restaurant's location. You may also be required to lift heavy trays or equipment.

Preference:
This position is open to all nationalities; however, preference will be given to Indian candidates who have previous experience as waiters.

Location:
This job is located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The restaurant operates seven days a week, and shifts may vary depending on business needs.
