Job Title: Indian Waiter at a Fine Dining Restaurant in Haur-Fakkan, UAE


Our fine dining restaurant in Haur-Fakkan, UAE is seeking a skilled and experienced Indian Waiter to join our team. As a Waiter, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and ensuring their overall dining experience is enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and escort them to their tables
- Present menus, make recommendations and answer any questions regarding menu items
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Deliver food and drinks to tables in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on their dining experience and addressing any concerns or issues promptly
- Handle payment transactions using cash or credit cards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tables, chairs, utensils, glassware, etc.
- Assist with setting up tables for reservations and special events
- Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure all orders are prepared correctly and delivered promptly
- Adhere to all food safety standards and regulations

Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a waiter in a fine dining establishment
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to anticipate guest needs
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
- Knowledge of Indian cuisine is preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests from diverse backgrounds
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Education:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position.

Physical Requirements:
This position requires standing for long periods of time, bending, lifting up to 25 pounds, and being able to work in a hot environment.

Working Conditions:
