Job Title: Cashier (Pakistani/Malayalee) in Kuwait


We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Cashier to join our team in Kuwait. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for handling cash transactions, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining accurate records of sales and inventory. This position is open to candidates of Pakistani or Malayalee nationality, with proficiency in English language.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them with their purchases in a friendly and professional manner.
- Process cash, credit, and debit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of daily transactions, including opening and closing balances.
- Ensure that all cash discrepancies are reported to the supervisor immediately.
- Reconcile cash register at the end of each shift.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any complaints or issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
- Restock merchandise on shelves as needed.
- Follow all company policies and procedures regarding sales, refunds, exchanges, and employee discounts.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience as a Cashier or in a similar role preferred.
- Proficiency in using cash registers and basic math skills.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly.
- Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic will be an advantage.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays if required.
