Merchandiser

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and implementing visual merchandising strategies to increase product visibility and sales. Your main responsibilities will include creating and maintaining appealing product displays, monitoring inventory levels, and analyzing sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies that align with company goals
- Create eye-catching product displays that attract customers and increase sales
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure products are adequately stocked at all times
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for product placement and pricing
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure timely delivery of products
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with merchandising standards
- Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate prices and maintain good relationships
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors' activities, and customer preferences

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role as a Merchandiser or Visual Merchandiser
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
