Industrial Engineering Specialist
The Industrial Engineering Specialist will be responsible for supporting the operations and management of various industrial processes and systems in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This is a contract position open to Indian nationals who do not require English proficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize industrial processes and systems, including production planning, scheduling, and inventory management.
- Conduct time and motion studies to identify inefficiencies and improve productivity.
- Analyze data and provide recommendations for process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process changes.
- Monitor production performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Provide training and support to team members on new processes or systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial engineering or related field.
- Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within tight deadlines.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Requirements:
- Indian national residing in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate.
- Fluency in English is not required but would be an asset.
- Ability to work on a contract basis.
