Agronomist - Abu-Dhabi, UAE



We are seeking a skilled and experienced Agronomist to join our team in Abu-Dhabi, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agronomy and a passion for improving crop production and sustainability.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and gather data on local soil conditions, climate patterns, and crop yields
- Develop strategies for maximizing crop production while minimizing environmental impact
- Evaluate and recommend appropriate fertilizers, pesticides, and other agricultural inputs
- Monitor and analyze crop growth and health, identifying any potential issues or diseases
- Work closely with farmers to provide guidance and support in implementing best practices
- Keep up-to-date with advancements in agronomy research and technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Agronomy or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent knowledge of local soil conditions, climate patterns, and crop varieties
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations
- Experience working with farmers to implement sustainable practices
- Fluent English speaker with excellent communication skills
