We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Al Shamkhah City, UAE. The ideal candidate for this position is an Indian national with a strong background in project management and experience working in the UAE.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of project planning, execution, monitoring, and control
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of project milestones
- Communicate project status updates to stakeholders and senior management
- Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful delivery of projects
- Facilitate meetings and lead discussions to drive decision-making and problem-solving
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards
- Provide leadership and guidance to project team members

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field
- 5+ years of experience in project management role
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects from initiation to closure
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
