Junior Accountant

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our team in Yanbu, Saudi Arabia. As a Junior Accountant, you will be responsible for assisting with various accounting tasks and maintaining financial records for our company.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day accounting activities such as recording transactions, preparing invoices, and reconciling accounts
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records using accounting software
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely payments and collections
- Prepare and submit financial reports to management on a regular basis
- Help with budgeting and forecasting by analyzing financial data
- Support the senior accountants in preparing tax returns, audits, and other financial documents
- Communicate with clients and vendors to resolve any accounting-related inquiries or issues
- Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices in accounting

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Fluency in English is required for this position
- Must have a valid work visa in Saudi Arabia (own visa preferred)
- Prior experience in accounting is not required but considered a plus
- Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
