Warehouse Manager (Indian Nationals Only)


We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a contract position, specifically open to Indian nationals with experience in warehouse management.

As a Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse facility. Your main duties will include managing inventory levels, ensuring timely delivery of goods, maintaining accurate records and reports, and supervising a team of warehouse staff.

To excel in this role, you must have previous experience as a Warehouse Manager and possess strong organizational and leadership skills. You should also have excellent knowledge of warehouse procedures and best practices.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the warehouse operations, including inventory control, shipping/receiving, and storage.
- Develop and implement efficient processes to increase productivity and reduce costs.
- Ensure timely delivery of goods to customers by coordinating with logistics partners.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using computerized systems.
- Create reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and other relevant data.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy of inventory counts.
- Train and supervise warehouse staff to ensure they adhere to safety protocols and follow standard operating procedures.
- Monitor employee performance and provide regular feedback for improvement.
- Develop strategies for optimizing space utilization within the warehouse facility.
- Collaborate with other departments such as sales, procurement, and finance to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of warehouse procedures and best practices.
- Ability to manage inventory levels effectively.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise a team effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of computerized inventory systems is required.
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects when necessary.
- Indian nationality is a strict requirement for this position.
