We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Supply Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the supply chain processes, ensuring the timely delivery of goods and materials to meet the company's needs.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained.
- Coordinate with suppliers to negotiate contracts, prices, and delivery times.
- Evaluate supplier performance and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Collaborate with various departments such as production, sales, and finance to understand their supply needs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.
- Continuously analyze market trends and identify potential risks or opportunities for the company.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and quality standards.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain management or a similar role.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build relationships with suppliers.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in using supply chain management software.
- Fluent in English (additional proficiency in Arabic is preferred).
- Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail.
