Customer Service Representative (English Speaking)


We are seeking highly motivated and skilled individuals to join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Representative in our call center located in Medina, Saudi Arabia. As an English speaking representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, primarily from India and Pakistan.

Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Handle and resolve customer complaints or concerns with efficiency and empathy
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies to customers
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests from customers
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products or services to customers
- Collaborate with team members to meet individual and team targets
- Maintain customer records by updating account information regularly

Requirements:
- Fluency in English is mandatory for this role
- Previous customer service experience in a call center environment is preferred
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to actively listen and understand customer needs
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Proficiency in using computers and typing skills for data entry purposes

Education:
A high school diploma is required for this position. Additional education or training related to customer service or communication is an asset.
