Our company is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Administrative Director to join our team in Medina, Saudi Arabia. As the administrative director, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all administrative operations of our company. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage all administrative operations of the company
• Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures
• Create and maintain an efficient filing system for all important documents
• Manage office budget and ensure cost-effective operations
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow
• Monitor and evaluate staff - [7288] performance, providing guidance when necessary
• Plan and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior management
• Handle any issues or concerns from employees in a professional manner
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times

Requirements:
• Must be Pakistani national with experience working in a similar role
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Proven experience in developing policies and procedures
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of Arabic language is an advantage but not required
