Supply Manager


We are currently seeking an experienced Supply Manager to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in supply management.

As a Supply Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the procurement and supply chain processes for our company. You will be in charge of sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing goods and services from suppliers, as well as managing inventory levels to ensure timely delivery of products to our customers.

In this role, your main responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing supply chain strategies to meet company objectives
- Identifying potential suppliers and conducting negotiations to secure favorable terms and prices
- Maintaining relationships with existing suppliers and monitoring their performance
- Monitoring inventory levels and forecasting demand to ensure timely delivery of products
- Managing all aspects of the procurement process, including purchase orders, contracts, and invoices
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures related to procurement and supply chain management
- Tracking market trends and staying updated on industry developments
- Collaborating with other departments such as sales, marketing, and operations to ensure effective communication and coordination

To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in supply management or related field
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic would be an advantage)
- Proven experience in developing and implementing supply chain strategies
- Familiarity with sourcing techniques and tools such as RFQs, RFPs, etc.
- Proficiency in using supply chain management software (SAP or Oracle)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
