Inventory Manager

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Inventory Manager to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As an Inventory Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of inventory control, including tracking inventory levels, monitoring stock movements, and ensuring accurate record keeping. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels and minimize losses.
- Monitor inventory levels and track stock movements to ensure timely replenishment.
- Conduct regular audits to verify the accuracy of inventory records.
- Collaborate with purchasing and sales teams to forecast future inventory needs.
- Identify slow-moving or obsolete items and take appropriate actions to reduce excess stock.
- Maintain relationships with suppliers and negotiate favorable terms for inventory procurement.
- Train and supervise a team of inventory staff to ensure efficient operations.
- Prepare reports on inventory performance, variances, and adjustments for management review.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
- Proven experience as an Inventory Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management procedures and best practices.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Proficient in using inventory management software (e.g., ERP systems).
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
- Experience working with visa sponsorship is a plus.
- Preference will be given to female candidates.
