Our luxury hotel in Umm-Said, Qatar is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Manager to oversee our housekeeping operations. As the Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our hotel, ensuring that guests have a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement housekeeping procedures and policies to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained throughout the hotel
- Train, supervise, and manage a team of housekeepers to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure they meet our standards of cleanliness
- Monitor inventory levels for cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed
- Handle guest requests and complaints related to housekeeping in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other departments such as maintenance, front desk, and laundry to ensure smooth operations
- Prepare work schedules for housekeeping staff according to occupancy levels
- Conduct performance evaluations for housekeeping staff and provide feedback for improvement
- Manage payroll for housekeeping department within budget guidelines

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred but not required
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Housekeeping Manager in a luxury hotel setting
- Experience managing a large team with diverse cultural backgrounds
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and develop team members
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic language skills preferred)
- Knowledge of various cleaning methods, materials, equipment, and chemicals
- Familiarity with health & safety regulations
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
