Our luxury wedding planning company is seeking a highly organized and creative Wedding Planner to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a Wedding Planner, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of our clients' weddings, from initial consultations to the final execution of their special day. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in event planning and a passion for creating unforgettable experiences.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to understand their vision and preferences for their wedding day
- Create detailed budgets and timelines for each event, ensuring all elements are within budget and on schedule
- Source and negotiate with vendors to provide the best services at the best prices
- Coordinate all logistical details, including venue selection, transportation, catering, decorations, entertainment, etc.
- Oversee the setup and breakdown of each event to ensure everything runs smoothly
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the planning process
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and provide innovative ideas to enhance clients' weddings

Requirements:
- Previous experience in event planning or wedding coordination is preferred
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite
- Biometric passport preferred (or ability to obtain one)
- Fluent in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
- Must have a passion for weddings and creating memorable experiences
- Freshers with relevant education or internships will also be considered
