Industrial Engineer - Ar-Ruwais, Qatar



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Engineer to join our team in Ar-Ruwais, Qatar. As an Industrial Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing and improving our manufacturing processes to increase efficiency, productivity, and quality.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct time and motion studies to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in the production process
- Develop and implement new production methods to optimize workflow
- Design layout of equipment and workspace for maximum efficiency
- Analyze data and create reports on production performance, identifying areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other engineers and departments to develop solutions to improve production processes
- Manage project timelines and budgets for process improvement projects
- Train staff on new processes and equipment to ensure successful implementation
- Monitor production performance and make adjustments as needed to meet targets
- Utilize lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and increase productivity

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- 2+ years of experience as an Industrial Engineer in a manufacturing environment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information accurately
- Proficient in using statistical software such as Minitab or JMP
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Preferred:
- Experience working in the oil industry
- Knowledge of Six Sigma methodologies
- Ability to speak Arabic
