House Manager


We are currently seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a House Manager in Ar-Ruwais, Qatar. As the House Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and maintenance of our client's private residence. This is a full-time position with a preference for Indian candidates who are fluent in English.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all household staff including housekeepers, cooks, gardeners, and drivers
- Create schedules and assign tasks to ensure efficient operation of the household
- Maintain inventory of household supplies and oversee procurement when needed
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and maintenance of the residence
- Arrange for special events or gatherings at the residence
- Manage household budgets and expenses
- Oversee the care of pets and plants on the property
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed within the residence

Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a House Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team
- Highly organized with excellent time-management skills
- Knowledge of household operations, including cleaning techniques and basic maintenance
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends when needed
