Hotel Manager

As a Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a hotel in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication and organizational abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. We are specifically seeking an Indian candidate who is fluent in English and holds a biometric passport.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and guest services.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability while maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction.
- Train and supervise staff to ensure they are delivering consistently high-quality service.
- Monitor expenses and budgets to ensure financial targets are met.
- Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality products and services are provided at competitive prices.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.
- Handle guest complaints or issues promptly and effectively to maintain guest satisfaction.
- Create marketing strategies to attract new guests while retaining existing ones.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in hotel management or related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or relevant field preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication (both written and verbal) skills in English. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficient in budgeting, financial analysis, and forecasting techniques.
- Good knowledge of hotel management software systems such as Opera or Fidelio.
- Familiarity with local laws, regulations, and customs related to hotel operations in Qatar.

Preferred Qualifications:
We are specifically seeking an Indian candidate who meets the following requirements:
- Holds a biometric passport for ease of travel between India and Qatar.
- Fluent in English with the ability to communicate effectively with guests from diverse backgrounds.

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position with a 6-day work week. The candidate must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed. This position does not include accommodation, so the candidate should be able to secure their own housing in Al-Rayyan.
