We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Gardener to join our team at our beautiful gardens in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. This is a full-time position, suitable for individuals of any nationality or location, who are passionate about gardening and have a strong work ethic.

As a Gardener, you will be responsible for the maintenance and care of the gardens, ensuring that they remain in top condition at all times. Your daily tasks will include but are not limited to:

- Planting new flowers, shrubs, and trees according to seasonal needs and garden design plans.
- Pruning and trimming existing plants to maintain their health and shape.
- Monitoring and controlling pests and diseases in the garden.
- Watering plants regularly and adjusting watering schedules based on weather conditions.
- Fertilizing plants as needed to promote healthy growth.
- Maintaining garden equipment and tools, ensuring they are clean and in good working condition.
- Cleaning up fallen leaves, weeds, and other debris from the garden.
- Assisting with landscaping projects as directed by the Head Gardener.

To excel in this role, you must have a strong knowledge of different plant species, their care requirements, as well as basic landscaping techniques. You should also have excellent physical stamina as this job requires you to work outdoors for long periods of time.

Experience is not necessary for this position; however, we prefer candidates with some basic gardening knowledge or training. As long as you are eager to learn and have a passion for gardening, we will provide on-the-job training to help you succeed in this role.

We are looking for someone who is reliable, punctual, and has a positive attitude towards work. You should also be able to work well independently as well as part of a team.

The ideal candidate should also possess good communication skills as you may need to interact with other team members or clients on occasion. Proficiency in the English language is preferred, but not mandatory.
