Concierge Assistant - Entry Level (English Speaking)


We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Concierge Assistants in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a Concierge Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and residents, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded during their stay.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and assist with check-in/check-out procedures
- Provide information about the local area, amenities, and services available at the hotel
- Handle reservations, inquiries, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- Assist with luggage handling and storage for guests
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area at all times
- Handle currency exchange requests for guests
- Arrange transportation for guests as needed

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- No prior experience required; training will be provided on the job
- Must be able to work shifts including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude with a passion for customer service
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Must be able to legally work in Qatar
