As a Speech Therapist, you will be responsible for providing therapeutic services to individuals of all ages with communication disorders and difficulties. Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting assessments and evaluations to determine the speech and language needs of clients
- Developing individualized treatment plans and goals for each client based on their specific needs
- Implementing therapy techniques and activities to improve clients' speech, language, and communication skills
- Monitoring and documenting progress of clients throughout the therapy process
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, such as doctors and psychologists, to provide holistic care for clients
- Providing guidance and support to family members of clients on how they can assist with their loved one's communication development
- Keeping up-to-date with new techniques and advancements in the field of speech therapy through continuing education and professional development opportunities

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience working as a Speech Therapist
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills
- Empathetic nature towards individuals with communication disorders
