Art Director - Creative Design Specialist

Our creative agency is seeking an experienced Art Director to join our team in Al-Khor, Qatar. As an Art Director, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the design and creative direction of projects for our clients. This role requires a high level of creativity, strategic thinking, and strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the overall creative vision and concept for projects
- Lead and direct a team of designers to deliver high-quality work that meets client's objectives
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide creative solutions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, techniques, and technology to continuously improve design concepts
- Manage project timelines and ensure deadlines are met
- Guide the development of visual elements such as layouts, typography, color schemes, and graphics
- Oversee the production process to ensure quality standards are met

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Art Director or in a similar role in the creative industry
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous design work and projects
- Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail
- Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Knowledge of print production processes is preferred
- Ability to lead a team and collaborate effectively with clients and colleagues
- Strong communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Indian nationality preferred but not required
