Job Title: Animation Designer

We are seeking a talented and experienced Animation Designer to join our team in Al-Khor, Qatar. As an Animation Designer, your main responsibility will be to create visually appealing and dynamic animated content for various projects. This role requires a strong understanding of animation principles and techniques, as well as proficiency in relevant software such as Adobe After Effects and Maya.

Responsibilities:
- Develop high-quality 2D and 3D animations for projects ranging from commercials to short films
- Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and storyboard ideas
- Create storyboards, character designs, and animatics
- Animate characters, objects, and environments using traditional or computer animation techniques
- Edit and refine animations based on feedback from the team
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to continuously improve skills

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Animation or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in animation design
- Proficient in Adobe After Effects, Maya, or similar software
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous animation work
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team
- Excellent communication skills and ability to take direction well

Preferred:
- Experience working on projects for Indian audiences
- Familiarity with traditional hand-drawn animation techniques
- Knowledge of other design software such as Photoshop or Illustrator
