Accountant (Indian) for Contract Position in Musaffah, UAE


Our company is currently seeking an experienced Indian Accountant to join our team for a contract position in Musaffah, UAE. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong accounting skills and experience, who is looking to gain valuable international work experience in the UAE.

As an Indian Accountant, you will be responsible for managing all financial transactions of the company and ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations. Your day-to-day duties will include but are not limited to:

- Preparing and maintaining financial records, including ledgers, journals, and bank reconciliations
- Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Conducting month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Preparing financial statements and reports for management review
- Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Ensuring compliance with local tax laws and regulations
- Liaising with external auditors during annual audits
- Providing support for any other ad-hoc financial projects as needed

To be successful in this role, you should have at least 3 years of experience working as an Accountant. You must also have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field. Experience working in the UAE or knowledge of local accounting practices would be highly beneficial.

We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently. Excellent communication skills are also essential as you will be liaising with various stakeholders within the organization.
