Cashier - Contract Position (Visa Sponsorship Available)


We are currently seeking a reliable and efficient Cashier to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for handling cash transactions and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This is a contract position with visa sponsorship available for African candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the cash register
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer any customer inquiries and provide assistance when needed
- Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, and policies
- Ensure accurate pricing of all items and apply any discounts or promotions as needed
- Handle exchanges or refunds as per company policies
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Count money in cash drawers at the beginning and end of each shift to ensure correct amounts are present
- Keep track of all transactions and balance at the end of each shift
- Follow all company policies and procedures regarding cash handling, checkouts, refunds, etc.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Cashier is not required but preferred.
- Must be fluent in English.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with customers from different backgrounds.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
- Must be detail-oriented with excellent math skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have excellent customer service skills.
- Must have legal authorization to work in UAE.
