Legal Adviser for International Workers in Abu Dhabi, UAE

We are seeking a highly qualified Legal Adviser to provide legal guidance and support for international workers in Abu Dhabi, UAE. In this role, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and assistance to international workers on various matters such as employment contracts, visa applications, and residency permits. You will also be responsible for staying up-to-date with the latest laws and regulations related to foreign workers in Abu Dhabi.

To excel in this position, you must have a strong understanding of labor laws in the UAE and be able to navigate the complexities of the legal system. As this role involves working with people from diverse backgrounds, excellent communication skills and cultural sensitivity are essential.

While prior experience as a legal adviser is preferred, we also welcome candidates without experience who are eager to learn and grow in this field. We offer training and mentorship opportunities to help you develop your skills and knowledge.

Please note that this position does not include accommodation. However, we do offer visa sponsorship for non-UAE nationals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and support to international workers on various matters related to their employment in Abu Dhabi
- Stay up-to-date with changes in labor laws and regulations affecting foreign workers
- Review employment contracts to ensure compliance with local laws
- Assist with visa applications and residency permits for international workers
- Conduct research on legal issues as needed
- Communicate effectively with international workers from diverse backgrounds
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law or relevant field
- Proven experience as a legal adviser or similar role (preferred)
- Strong understanding of labor laws in the UAE
- Excellent communication skills and cultural sensitivity
- Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing laws and regulations
- Must be legally authorized to work in Abu Dhabi
