Farmer - Agricultural Specialist (Egyptian Nationals, Abu Dhabi, UAE)


Our company is seeking experienced and skilled Egyptian farmers to join our team as Agricultural Specialists in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As an Agricultural Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing our farming operations, ensuring the successful growth and harvest of various crops.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate all aspects of farming operations including planting, irrigation, fertilization, pest control, and harvesting
- Monitor and maintain proper soil health and quality
- Operate and maintain farming equipment such as tractors, irrigation systems, and harvesters
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and procedures
- Train and supervise farm workers to ensure efficient performance
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues or improvements needed in the farming process
- Keep detailed records of crop yields, expenses, and other relevant data for reporting purposes

Requirements:
- Must be a citizen of Egypt with valid identification or work permit in the UAE
- Minimum of 3 years experience in farming or agriculture
- Knowledgeable in various farming techniques such as crop rotation, irrigation methods, soil management, etc.
- Ability to operate farming equipment
- Physically fit and able to work long hours outdoors in various weather conditions
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
