Hotel Sales Executive (Malayalee Candidates Only)


We are seeking dynamic and driven individuals to join our team as Hotel Sales Executives. This role is specifically open for Malayalee candidates who have a strong passion for sales and are looking to grow in the hospitality industry.

As a Hotel Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting our hotel and its services to potential clients. Your main goal will be to increase revenue through sales by building strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and other potential business partners.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, and cold calling
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
- Conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts with clients
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and strategies
- Attend trade shows, industry events, and conferences to promote the hotel's services
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management
- Coordinate with other departments within the hotel to ensure excellent customer service is delivered to clients

Requirements:
- Must be a Malayalee candidate living in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (non-natives may also apply)
- Proven work experience in sales or a related field (experience in the hospitality industry is preferred)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients from different backgrounds
- Strong time management skills and ability to multitask
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Fluent in English (Arabic proficiency is an added advantage)
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
