We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Wedding Planner to join our team in Medina, Saudi Arabia. As a Wedding Planner, you will be responsible for planning and executing all aspects of weddings, from initial consultations with clients to the day-of coordination.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to understand their vision and budget for the wedding
- Create detailed plans and timelines for all aspects of the wedding, including venue selection, décor, catering, entertainment, and transportation
- Coordinate with vendors and negotiate contracts to ensure the best prices and services for clients
- Manage budgets and provide regular updates to clients on expenses
- Communicate regularly with clients to keep them informed about progress and make any necessary changes
- Oversee set-up and execution of the wedding day, ensuring all details are carried out according to plan
- Handle any last-minute issues or emergencies that may arise during the event

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a wedding planner or similar role is required
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of local vendors in Medina is preferred but not required
- Fluency in English is preferred but not required as long as you can communicate effectively with clients

This is a part-time position that may require some evening or weekend availability. Applicants must have their own visa for working in Saudi Arabia. We welcome applicants of all nationalities.
