Job Title: Speech Therapist for Multicultural Environment in Medina, Saudi Arabia


We are currently seeking a qualified and dedicated Speech Therapist to join our team in Medina, Saudi Arabia. Our clinic provides services to a diverse population, including Malayalees and other nationalities, making this an ideal opportunity for those who are passionate about working in a multicultural environment.

As a Speech Therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients with various speech and communication disorders, including articulation disorders, language delays, stuttering, and voice disorders. You will work with both children and adults, providing individualized treatment plans to help them improve their speech and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess speech and language abilities of patients
- Create individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results
- Provide therapy sessions to patients using evidence-based techniques
- Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals involved in the patient's care
- Educate parents/caregivers on how to support their child's communication development at home

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech Therapy or Communication Disorders from an accredited university
- Valid license to practice as a Speech Therapist in Saudi Arabia or willingness to obtain one
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Malayalam is highly preferred
- Previous experience working as a Speech Therapist is not required but preferred
- Passion for working with diverse populations and cultural sensitivity
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with other team members
