Entry-Level Retail Sales Associate (English Speaking) - Visa Sponsorship Available

Our retail store in Medina, Saudi Arabia is currently seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Retail Sales Associate. This position is open to candidates of Egyptian nationality who are fluent in English, with or without prior experience.

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, promoting and selling products, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store. Your main duties include assisting customers with inquiries, restocking merchandise, and processing payments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer customer inquiries about products, prices, and availability
- Promote and sell products by providing information and recommendations
- Process payments accurately using cash registers or other electronic devices
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor by restocking shelves and displays
- Monitor inventory levels and report any shortages or overstock to management
- Follow company policies and procedures regarding sales, returns, and exchanges
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service

Requirements:
- Egyptian nationality with valid passport for visa sponsorship (if needed)
- Fluent in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
- High school diploma or equivalent education required
- Prior experience in retail sales is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
