Art Director - Creative Team Lead in Medina, Saudi Arabia

As an Art Director with our creative team in Medina, Saudi Arabia, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of visual concepts for a variety of projects. This position is suitable for men and does not require English proficiency or prior experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of designers to develop creative concepts for various projects
- Collaborate with clients, account managers, and other team members to understand project objectives and requirements
- Develop visual concepts that effectively communicate the desired message to the target audience
- Oversee the design process from concept to final execution, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery
- Provide creative direction and feedback to designers to ensure their work meets project objectives
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the quality of designs produced by the team

Requirements:
- Biometric passport or ability to obtain one is required for this role
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing a team
- Proven experience as an Art Director or similar role in a creative agency or marketing department
- Excellent understanding of design principles, including layout, color theory, typography, etc.
- Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Ability to effectively communicate ideas and provide constructive feedback in a team environment
- A keen eye for detail and ability to ensure accuracy and consistency in designs
