Wedding Planner


We are seeking a talented and experienced Wedding Planner to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a Wedding Planner, you will be responsible for creating unforgettable experiences for our clients on their special day. This is a contract position with accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to understand their vision and desires for their wedding day
- Create detailed event timelines and budgets
- Source vendors and negotiate contracts to ensure the best quality services within budget
- Coordinate all aspects of the wedding including venue, décor, catering, entertainment, transportation, and accommodations
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and address any concerns or changes
- Oversee on-site setup and manage the flow of events on the wedding day
- Ensure all vendors adhere to agreed-upon timelines and deliverables
- Handle any last-minute issues or emergencies that may arise during the event

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Wedding Planner or in a similar role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Knowledge of local vendors and venues in Jeddah is preferred
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple events at once
- Fluency in English is required
- Experience working with international clients is a plus

Preference will be given to Pakistani or Egyptian nationals. However, all nationalities are encouraged to apply. This job also offers accommodation for non-local candidates.
