Supply Manager


Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Manager to oversee the procurement of goods and services for our company in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This role requires someone with strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of supply chain management processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing supply operations and a track record of successful negotiations with suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to ensure timely delivery of goods and services while maintaining cost efficiency.
- Monitor inventory levels, track orders, and manage supplier relationships to ensure availability of materials for production.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure favorable terms and pricing.
- Analyze market trends and identify potential risks or opportunities that may impact the supply chain.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, sales, finance, and logistics, to ensure alignment on supply chain goals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations related to procurement activities.
- Develop KPIs and metrics to measure supply chain performance and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or relevant field.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role within the manufacturing or distribution industry.
- Strong negotiation skills with proven experience in contract management.
- Knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) in English.
- Proficient in using MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Requirements:
- Fluency in Arabic is highly desirable but not required.
- Experience working with biometric passport systems is a plus.
