Our company is seeking a highly motivated and organized Inventory Manager to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This position is suitable for Malayalees who are looking for English speaking jobs and are willing to relocate to Saudi Arabia. We welcome candidates without experience, as we will provide comprehensive training.

As an Inventory Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the inventory levels and ensuring the accuracy of our stock records. Your main duties will include managing inventory levels, conducting regular stock counts, identifying and resolving discrepancies, and coordinating with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products.

Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accuracy of stock records
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies
- Analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations for improving inventory management processes
- Collaborate with purchasing department to ensure timely delivery of products
- Coordinate with sales team to forecast demand and plan inventory accordingly
- Implement safety measures for handling and storing inventory items
- Train new employees on inventory management procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
- Monitor product expiry dates and coordinate with relevant departments for timely disposal or restocking as needed

Requirements:
- Malayalee nationality preferred, but not mandatory
- Fluent in English language (spoken and written)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Excellent time management skills with ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory management software systems
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects if required

This position does not include accommodation; therefore, we are looking for candidates who already have accommodation in Jeddah or are willing to arrange their own. However, we do offer visa sponsorship for successful candidates.
