Job Title: Immigration Attorney


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Immigration Attorney to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This position is open to candidates of Egyptian nationality who are fluent in Arabic and possess a valid visa or residency permit in Saudi Arabia.

As an Immigration Attorney, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and representation to clients seeking to immigrate or obtain residency in Saudi Arabia. This includes but is not limited to assisting clients with visa applications, work permits, family sponsorship, and citizenship applications. Your role will also involve staying up-to-date with changes in immigration laws and regulations, and advising clients accordingly.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on all matters related to immigration laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia
- Prepare and file visa applications, work permits, family sponsorship requests, and other immigration-related documents on behalf of clients
- Represent clients in court proceedings related to their immigration status
- Conduct thorough research on complex immigration cases as needed
- Keep up-to-date with changes in immigration laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia
- Attend meetings with government officials or other legal professionals as required

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law or a relevant field from an accredited university
- Minimum of 5 years experience practicing law with a focus on immigration
- Fluent in Arabic (both written and spoken)
- Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabia's immigration laws and regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven track record of successfully handling complex immigration cases
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Valid visa or residency permit in Saudi Arabia
